Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on and proactive HR Generalist to support end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive HR initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation in HR systems
- Support payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits administration
- Support hiring managers in recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Work with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and improve time-to-hire
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Assist in handling employee relations issues, including disciplinary matters and grievance handling
- Support performance review cycles and track completion of appraisals
- Assist in implementing HR policies, frameworks, and initiatives
- Drive HR projects such as engagement surveys, culture initiatives, and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal HR policies
- Support audits and ensure proper HR documentation and reporting
- Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–6 years of HR generalist experience
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employment laws, and best practices
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
