Job Description

Senior Executive-GEECThe incumbent is responsible for supporting and executing the end-to-end onboarding process from offer creation to employee joining and post-joining formalities. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining process accuracy, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and supporting process improvement and automation initiatives within the Global Employee Experience Center team.

QUALIFICATION:

•Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.


EXPERIENCE:

•3-5 years of experience in onboarding, HR shared services, or HR operations, with a strong understanding of end-to-end onboarding processes.

•Proven experience in managing high-volume onboarding processes and managing background verification and statutory compliance.

•Experience with HRMS systems (preferably ORC) and automation in onboarding or related HR functions.

•Demonstrated ability in process optimization, data integrity, and operational governance.


SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

•Strong knowledge of HR compliance regulations (ESIC, PF, labor laws, etc.) and the ability to stay updated with industry standards.

•Proficiency in HR analytics and the ability to create dashboards/reports for process tracking and continuous improvement.

•Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

•Experience in implementing process improvements and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

HR Onboarding Operations Management:

•Manage offer-to-post-joining process, including interview scheduling, position management, offer creating, post offer engagements, joining arrangements, background verification (BGV) and post joining engagement and feedback while monitoring SLAs to ensure timely and efficient execution.

•Perform onboarding transactions and manage the administrative aspects and back-end support for onboarding and BGV processes.

•Ensure data and document accuracy and compliance with Data Quality and Document Of Records adherence.

•Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.

•Work on creating a positive candidate and new joiner experience by ensuring seamless communication, timely updates, and personalized engagement.

•Manage interview scheduling operations by coordinating candidate and hiring manager availability to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process while maintaining accurate records.

•Manage employment data, employee records, and HR transactions using standard technologies and processes.


Process Improvement, Automation & HR Systems Management:

•Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive standardization to enhance efficiency.

•Work on automation initiatives to optimize the onboarding workflow and reduce manual dependencies.

•Leverage HR technology solutions to streamline operations.

•Develop and maintain dashboards & reports for tracking key onboarding metrics and data-driven decision-making.

•Provide related data, MIS, and reports to stakeholders as per agreed timelines and parameters.

•Identify and implement process improvements based on operational experience and process objectives.


Compliance, Governance & Employee Experience:

•Ensure adherence to company policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and data privacy guidelines.

•Monitor onboarding metrics and candidate experience feedback to drive continuous improvements.

•Proactively enhance the new joiner experience by implementing feedback loops, engagement touchpoints, and innovative onboarding initiatives.

•

Stakeholder Management:

•Coordinate with internal stakeholders including HR Operations, Payroll, IT, and Facilities to ensure seamless onboarding support and timely issue resolution.

•Build and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth onboarding operations.

•Support stakeholder communication by providing regular updates, resolving onboarding queries, and ensuring alignment on onboarding requirements and timelines.

 

This role is ideal for HR professionals with experience in onboarding coordination and process improvement, who are keen to support seamless new joiner experiences through collaboration, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills Required

  • Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
