Job Description
10 Minute School is on the lookout for a Senior Executive to join our dynamic Finance team! If you’re passionate about numbers, compliance, and driving financial excellence, this is your chance to make an impact. This role supports asset procurement, financial statement preparation, and serves as a Finance Business Partner for the Growth & Expansion team.
Key Responsibilities:

Cash & Accrual Journal entry with reconciliation with account balances

Asset Procurement on an ad-hoc basis

Finance BP of Growth & Expansion team
-
Payment disbursements by maintaining proper documentation and VAT/TAX considerations
-
Assisting in Financial Statements Preparation
-
Maintaining documentation for future Audit
-
Preparing Workorder/PO.
Qualifications
- BBA in Finance or Accounting from a reputed university
- Experience in relevant position (preferably startups) of at least 1-2 years
- Proficient in accounting software like Quickbooks, and G-Suite
- Excellent communication skills and analytical ability
- Fluency in English
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
- Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization
