Job Description1. Accounts Payable Management
- Process and record all accounts payable invoices
- Process staff claims and reimbursement claims
- Prepare and post payment vouchers
- Liase with customers on any discrepancies
- Initiate and process banking payments through online banking platforms
2. Accounts Receivable Management
- Prepare and post accounts receivable invoices
- Issue monthly Statements of Account (SOA) to customers
- Liase with customers on any discrepancies
- Record and reconcile all incoming receipts daily
3. Management Accounting
- Prepare monthly management accounts and reports
- Organise and participate in monthly management meetings to review financial performance
- Prepare year-end forecasted Profit & Loss statements
- To source for accounting system to ensure better financing reporting
4. Audit, Tax & Compliance
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents during statutory audits
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting deadline
5. Treasury & Cashflow Management
- Monitor and manage company cashflow daily
- Maintain loan schedules, ensuring facilities are within approved limits and repayments are made on a timely basis
- Support trade financing matters where applicable
- 6. Operations & Administrative Support
Support day-to-day operational and administrative matters related to finance and trade operations
Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth operational workflows
Assist in improving internal processes, controls, and documentation to enhance efficiency and governance
Provide ad-hoc operational and administrative support as required by management
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, administration, or operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required
