We are seeking a meticulous and results-driven Senior Executive – Finance & Accounts to oversee critical financial operations in our corporate insurance domain. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reconciling brokerages from insurance companies, managing invoice issuance, handling GST and TDS filings, and ensuring timely debtor recovery. This position also involves end-to-end handling of receivables, payables, vendor processes, and payroll administration.

- Calculate, deduct, and file GST and TDS in compliance with regulatory timelines.

- Manage the complete AR/AP cycle, ensuring timely collections and payments.

- Maintain vendor records, negotiate payment terms, and ensure timely settlements.

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting.
- Accounting Proficiency: Solid understanding of accounting principles, reconciliation processes, and financial statements.
- Tax Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations; experience in timely e-filing.
- Insurance Industry Exposure (Preferred): Experience dealing with brokerage statements or insurance-related finances is an advantage.
- Invoice & Receivables Management: Proven track record in raising invoices and managing debtor recovery.
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ability to spot discrepancies, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and financial/accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
- Time Management: Capable of handling multiple tasks, prioritizing workload, and meeting deadlines.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent collaborative skills with both internal and external partners.
