Job Responsibilities

Digital Platform Operations & Web Mastering

  • Perform web mastering activities across enterprise digital platforms—configuring, structuring, and publishing stakeholder‑supplied content within an enterprise content management system while ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to governance standards.
  • Support platform revamp initiatives and large‑scale content migration efforts, ensuring quality and timely delivery through rigorous requirement gathering and comprehensive user testing.

  • Operate within enterprise content management system structures, approved design systems, and governed publishing workflows to deliver scalable, maintainable, and compliant digital operations.
  • Manage multiple operational tasks in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating strong prioritisation, the ability to work independently, and the resilience to collaborate effectively with demanding stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management & Cross‑Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage content requests, clarify requirements, and align delivery expectations.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills by constructively advocating for operational feasibility, and guiding stakeholders toward mutually beneficial, win‑win outcomes.
  • Maintain close and continuous communication with stakeholders to stay updated on evolving business needs, operational changes, and campaign timelines.
  • Ensure regular updates and proactive communication within the internal team, and collaborate closely with the reporting officer for alignment, approvals, and escalation where required.
  • Align stakeholders to established standard operating procedures, providing guidance on content suitability, format, and readiness for publishing.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for process optimisation, increased workflow efficiency, and improved operational governance.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update documentation relating to standard operating procedures, content governance guidelines, and platform standards as needed.

Project Management

  • Manage website revamp or migration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business requirements and timelines through collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Proactively communicate with external project management teams to identify and assess project risks, while notifying internal stakeholders and senior management of potential issues.
  • Evaluate dependencies and conflicts among various web projects, escalating concerns to key stakeholders and facilitating effective resolution strategies.
  • Maintain clear communication among all stakeholders to ensure transparency regarding project progress, updates, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of project management processes by providing feedback and insights based on project outcomes and stakeholder experiences.
