Job Description

As a Senior Executive within our Commercial team, you will play a key role in supporting commercial decision‑making through data analysis, performance reporting, and business insights. Working closely with the Manager – Commercial, Client Service Directors, and senior stakeholders, you’ll help drive revenue growth, monitor key performance indicators, and identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and client outcomes. You’ll also act as the cluster’s OneView champion, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of commercial data across the business.

What You Will Do:

  • You’ll monitor and analyse key commercial metrics, including WIP versus billing, revenue performance, sales conversions, write‑offs, utilisation, and forecasting, providing timely and insightful reporting to support business decisions.
  • You’ll coordinate with Client Service Directors and other stakeholders to gather, validate, and consolidate commercial data, maintain dashboards, track client plans and opportunities, and ensure accurate updates in OneView.
  • You’ll prepare management reports, budgets, performance reviews, variance analyses, and commercial presentations, helping leadership understand trends, risks, and opportunities across the business.
  • You’ll conduct business and market analysis, including profitability reviews, competitor research, revenue trend analysis, and pipeline tracking, providing data‑driven recommendations to support growth and strategic initiatives.
  • You’ll support business development activities by assisting with client proposals, coordinating business development meetings, tracking opportunities, managing follow‑ups, and contributing to continuous improvement projects that enhance commercial effectiveness.

Qualifications

About You

  • You hold a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience or exposure to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, statistical analysis, or business performance management.
  • You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and are comfortable working with large datasets; experience with Power BI, OneView, 5Series, or similar reporting tools would be an advantage.
  • You are organised, proactive, and results‑driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver high‑quality outputs within tight deadlines.
  • You are a confident communicator with strong presentation and relationship‑building skills, capable of translating data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.

Skills Required
