•Assist in the development of commercial proposals and deal structures
•Support the Commercial team in coordinating business planning and sponsor stakes management
• Provide financial modelling and valuation support, including updates to financial models and sensitivity analyses
•Coordinate and execute due diligence activities for strategic projects
•Prepare board approval papers and investment materials for internal governance and decision making
•Cross collaborate with fund management and investment platform for strategic investments
`• Degree in business/finance related disciplines
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., financial models, sensitivity analysis, data consolidation)
•Good communication and organization skills
• Basic understanding of energy markets and infrastructure project structures will be advantageous
• No prior experience required
• Applicants with 1–2 years of experience will be viewed favorably
