We're seeking a highly organized and strategic Sr. Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you'll be the right hand to two of our senior leaders, providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring their days run smoothly and efficient!

Who You Are:

  • An assertive, proactive, confident, professional, inclusive, and kind individual with proven experience (5+ years) supporting C-level and executive teams.
  • Someone with strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • A meticulous professional with a strong focus on quality, ensuring all projects are completed thoroughly and delivered with successful outcomes.
  • A quick learner with a knack for problem-solving and anticipating needs.
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

What You Posses:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves:

  • Experience working in technology consulting is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications or related field

What You'll Do:

  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strategic Support: Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, assisting in decision-making and prioritization of initiatives.
  • Project Management: Oversee special projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Communication Management: Manage communication channels, including screening / prioritizing emails, drafting correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Communication Enablement: Work with executives to learn their voice; work across all company communication channels to ensure executives voice is proactively and clearly represented. Ensure effective and timely communication across teams and company, and externally, using effective channels/modes of communication.
  • Meeting Coordination: Plan and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Client Engagement and Business Development: Research and prepare reports on client information, reach out and engage potential and existing client contacts to augment and support executive relationships and business development. 
  • Strategic Initiatives: Research and analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to support executive decision-making.
  • Administrative Support: Any other (always legal, ethical) thing that needs to get done (e.g., proactively ordering food, managing transportation, managing and deconflicting calendars,) to allow for the completion and success of all the other things.
