ABOUT THIS ROLE
Apex Fintech Solutions is currently looking for an Senior Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, well-organized, flexible, and have strong verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will be experienced in calendar management, executive travel, event planning, Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate travel
- Responsible for calendar management
- Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing calls and electronic communications
- Assist in establishing priorities and managing time
- Conduct light research
- Process and manage expense reporting
- Other projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of administrative, support or coordinating experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong, high volume, multi-calendar management experience required
- Solid working knowledge of the Google Suite as well as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be flexible and able to manage a constantly changing schedule and adapt to various working conditions
- High degree of integrity in handling and processing confidential and sensitive information. Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Team player with a desire to contribute and raise administrative standards
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Extremely detailed oriented, organized, and has excellent follow-through skills

Salary Range
$88,000-$110,000
The annual base salary range for this position is noted above. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and office location.
