Position Objective :
- Treasury Operations, Cash and Fund Management
- Banking, Forex, Treasury MIS and Audit Schedules

Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash and bank positions across all accounts and prepare the daily fund position report.
- Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts and support fund planning for working capital requirements.
- Process vendor, statutory and other payments through banking portals in line with approved payment runs and the authorization matrix.
- Coordinate day-to-day banking operations – account opening/closure, KYC, signatory updates and review of bank charges.
- Handle forex transactions including import/export remittances and forward contracts, ensuring FEMA compliance and documentation (Form A1/A2, EDPMS/IDPMS reconciliation).
- Manage working capital facilities, letters of credit and bank guarantees – issuance, renewal, tracking and compliance with sanction terms.
- Monitor investment of surplus funds (fixed deposits, liquid funds) and track maturities and interest accruals.
- Review bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and resolve open items on a timely basis.
- Account for treasury transactions in ERP – interest, bank charges, forex gain/loss and MTM valuation.
- Prepare treasury MIS and schedules for statutory, internal and group audits.
- Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) , with 4 to 6 years of experience in accounts, including at least 2 years in treasury or banking operations
