The Role
We're seeking a dynamic Senior Events Manager to join our team and lead the planning, strategy, and execution of corporate and client-facing events. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Growth Marketing, you will play a key role in driving demand generation, boosting brand visibility, and strengthening customer engagement. This role involves close collaboration with multiple teams to create high-impact event experiences while managing budgets and ensuring operational excellence.
Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Event Planning: Design and implement a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with organizational goals, working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Collaborative Execution: Partner with internal teams to craft events that effectively showcase our solutions and captivate key audiences.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee all event logistics, including venue selection, contract negotiation, on-site coordination, and follow-up processes, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Event Leadership: Direct and motivate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the smooth delivery of all event aspects.
  • Performance Evaluation: Establish clear event performance metrics, analyze outcomes post-event, and integrate insights into future strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Plan and monitor event budgets, delivering exceptional ROI while maintaining fiscal discipline.
  • Vendor Relations: Foster strong partnerships with vendors, contractors, and event collaborators to ensure high-quality outcomes.


Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale events, including trade shows, conferences, and executive-level gatherings.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and product teams, ideally within SaaS or related industries.
  • Comprehensive understanding of event logistics, from booth setup to lead generation and customer engagement at industry events.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a knack for managing complex projects and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in event management and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Goldcast, Salesforce) with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Independent and proactive work style, with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work setting.
  • Experience in guiding sales teams on-site to optimize lead generation and client interaction.
  • At least 5 years of event marketing experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and remain on-call during events.
  • Availability to travel approximately 20-30% of the time.
