Experience:
5-7 years of experience in Database Design, Development and Query Optimization using SQL Server for Web Applications
Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server Database:
o Proficiency in SQL Server 2017, ETL/ SSIS and SSAS
o Familiarity with Databricks and Azure Analysis Services
· Implement search functionalities using Elastic Search and optimize search performance.
· Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.
· Query optimization using SQL profiler.
· Creating indexes, views, tables, stored procedures, cursors and CTE.
· Creating SSIS packages and configurations
· Deployment of ETL jobs
· Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
· Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
· Work with version control systems, such as GIT & TFS, for source code management.
Requirements:
· Solid experience in developing database for web applications using backend technologies like SQL Server 2017, ETL/ SSIS and SSAS
· Proficiency in implementing search functionalities using Elastic Search.
· Experience in implementing SOLID Principles.
· Familiarity with code deployment using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline.
· Familiarity with Databricks and Azure Analysis Services
Good to have skills:
· Familiarity with C#, .NET Core and Web API (Rest API)
· Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
· Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
