About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior ERP Project Manager (5+ years of experience) to lead a high-visibility ERP implementation for a client based in São José dos Campos, Brazil. This role will oversee the full project lifecycle—from UAT through Go-Live, Hypercare, and Phase 2 execution—while coordinating a cross-functional team of 8–10 professionals working on an Infor ERP platform.
You will drive delivery excellence across multiple workstreams, manage timelines and dependencies, mitigate risks, and serve as the central point of communication for internal and client stakeholders. This is an on-site role, requiring presence five days per week in São José dos Campos.
What You’ll DoDelivery & ExecutionLead and manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase scheduled for late November, ensuring readiness, user participation, and defect resolution.
Own and execute all activities related to Go-Live (January 5–8, Phase 1), including cutover planning, readiness reviews, and risk mitigation.
Oversee the Hypercare period (January–February) with potential 1-month extension, ensuring operational stability and timely issue resolution.
Manage Phase 2 implementation in parallel with Hypercare (estimated 2–4 months).
Apply a Waterfall–Agile hybrid approach, balancing structure with iterative delivery needs.
Coordinate an 8–10–person Infor ERP cross-functional team, ensuring alignment, progress, and high-quality output across multiple workstreams.
Facilitate workstream communication, clarify responsibilities, and remove blockers that impact delivery timelines.
Track and report progress, risks, dependencies, and metrics to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Communicate updates clearly in both English and Portuguese.
Conduct readiness assessments, run governance meetings, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the engagement.
Work on-site, 5 days per week in São José dos Campos to ensure delivery oversight, team coordination, and real-time issue resolution.
You are an experienced ERP Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. You bring structure, clear communication, and disciplined execution to every phase of delivery. You can confidently lead multi-phase programs, manage cross-functional teams, and communicate with executive stakeholders in both English and Portuguese.
Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading ERP implementations.
Hands-on experience with Infor ERP or other major ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Proven experience managing UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.
Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Experience managing multi-phase programs with parallel workstreams.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills in English and Portuguese.
Ability to work on-site, 5 days/week, in São José dos Campos.
Immediate availability to start.
Experience with global or multi-regional ERP programs.
Prior Infor ERP implementation experience or Infor certifications.
Background leading cross-functional teams of 8–10 people in dynamic environments.
