The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Manage, coach and grow a team of enterprise account executives, taking responsibility for team results, forecasting and hiring. You will guide reps through complex, high-value deals with senior buyers and work with other departments to refine the go-to-market approach.
What you'll do
- Manage, coach and develop an enterprise sales team focused on winning new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Work alongside account executives at every stage of a deal, from first outreach through product demonstrations, contract negotiation and closing, engaging senior executives at target accounts.
- Hold regular pipeline and performance reviews along with individual check-ins with each team member.
- Provide accurate forecasts and clear performance reporting.
- Recruit, onboard and manage the performance of new team members as the organization grows.
- Partner with customer success, product and marketing to create sales playbooks and address the needs of enterprise customers.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of enterprise sales management experience.
- Track record selling software into traditionally slower-to-adopt industries.
- Experience building or expanding a sales team and hiring reps.
- Experience managing enterprise deals of $100K+ ACV as an account executive or manager.
- Experience engaging multiple stakeholders within a single account during a deal.
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, working on-site 4-5 days per week.
- Willingness to travel 30-40% for conferences and client meetings.
