What you'll do
  • Accelerate the sales cycle and expand APLAZO's enterprise portfolio, leveraging an already-established base of key logos.

  • Build business cases and tailored value propositions for each client — with real numbers, profitability models, and clear financial impact.

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, consultative negotiation, closing, and merchant onboarding.

  • Build long-term relationships with C-levels and decision-makers at companies with over $500M MXN in annual revenue.

  • Identify and develop opportunities in sectors where financial services and consumer credit have high impact.

  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, and CS to ensure flawless implementation and account expansion.

  • Hit and exceed quarterly GMV and activated accounts targets.

What you need to bring
  • Real financial acumen: you can build a business case, understand margins, present numbers clearly, and help the client see the impact of what you're proposing.

  • Intermediate commercial-technical knowledge: you understand how integrations, APIs, and payment flows work, and can hold that conversation with the client's product or tech team without depending on anyone.

  • Proven high-impact B2B sales track record — we'll discuss the numbers in the interview.

  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and structured consultative sales methodology.

  • Advanced level of English is a requirement for this position

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech or financial services. Not required, but if you come from there — great. If you've been in the industry for 4+ years — even better.

  • Experience selling BNPL, consumer credit, interest-free installments, or integrated checkout solutions.

  • An active network in Mexico's fintech or financial services ecosystem, with knowledge of sector regulation.

  • A background in a numbers-oriented field: Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Finance, or similar.
