The Senior Product Manager owns the end-to-end development of Lightcast’s next-generation Enterprise experiences, that enable data backed key decision making for enterprise business leaders. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data team, internal experts, and product marketing to deliver 0-1 products that help CHROs, Heads of People Analytics, and Strategy leaders use external labor-market and people-analytics data to drive evidence-based workforce planning, talent acquisition, and people-strategy decisions.
Major Responsibilities:
- Engage enterprise HR and strategy leaders to uncover needs and translate insights into impactful product strategies.
- Define and execute product vision, priorities, and roadmap aligned with customer value and business outcomes.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data experts to deliver AI-enhanced, insight-driven experiences.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on go-to-market strategy, positioning, and client adoption.
- Use analytics and user research to measure success, inform continuous improvement, and drive adoption.
- Communicate complex workforce analytics clearly to executive and technical audiences; lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or data/analytics, including launching new products or markets (0-1 experience strongly preferred).
- Direct experience building products for HR technology, workforce planning, people analytics, or related talent- strategy markets strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (economics, human-computer interaction, computer science, or similar.)
- Background or coursework in labor economics, industrial/organizational psychology, or workforce analytics is a plus.
