We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Reporting & Analytics Specialist with expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP/HCM) and Oracle Cloud integrations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing and maintaining BI Publisher reports, modifying customer invoice templates etc.
The candidate should possess strong experience troubleshooting Oracle Fusion ERP–EPM integrations, managing scheduled reports and job processes, and resolving external vendor integration issues including banking and tax integrations.
The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced SQL and PL/SQL expertise, hands-on experience connecting OAC to Oracle and non-Oracle data sources, and a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion security models, analytics architecture, and data extraction frameworks such as BICC.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Design and develop BI Publisher (BIP) reports within Oracle Fusion
- Modify and maintain customer invoice templates using BI Publisher
- Build and maintain reports using OTBI and other Oracle reporting tools
- Schedule reports and manage scheduled job processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Utilize BI Connector to enable advanced reporting and data extraction
- Leverage BI Analytics to create dashboards and support management and executive reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements into scalable solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and usability of reports
- Develop and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Build and consume APIs (REST/SOAP) for seamless data exchange
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud integrations
- Diagnose and resolve external vendor integration issues (banking, tax, third-party systems)
- Troubleshoot Fusion ERP ↔ EPM integrations
- Maintain documentation for reporting and integration solutions
Responsible for environment management, security, and lifecycle management tasks.
Demonstrates extensive experience connecting OAC to Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP/HCM) to access operational data in real-time.
Demonstrates hands-on experience in connecting OAC to a variety of external, non-Oracle databases (such as SQL Server or other cloud databases like Azure) using native connectors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field or equivalent computer related experience with at least 5 years of relevant, progressively responsible experience.
Minimum of 6-8 years in BI and analytics, with at least 3-4 years specifically with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
