Senior Enterprise Application Administrator
Job Description:
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand ongoing issues, needs and requirements and implement them in the HRIS system;
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders (HRIS support, HR functions, IT, etc.)
- Confirm accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintain data in HRIS systems and databases and assure information is available on a timely basis;
- Respond to inquiries, complaints, or problems, providing resolution based on comprehensive knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and time off module.
- Respond to queries regarding leaves and issues.
- Manage time off accrual rules, year-end activities, leave carryovers etc.
- Identify issues, challenges, or problems; research and implement process or technology improvements.
- Participate in HRIS project meetings and discussions.
- Manage and prioritize day-to-day requests.
- Build and support global collaboration for delivering results.
- Function as internal consultant to stakeholders to deliver process improvement, tools, tips, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Human Resources or a related technical field, Master's degree strongly preferred;
- 5+ years of experience in SAP/SuccessFactors in a techno-functional role (SAP-R SAP SuccessFactors EC, SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off).
- SAP-SuccessFactors EC and/or SAP SuccessFactors EC Time off certification highly desirable.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Understanding of HR industry and technology trends and ability to keep informed about leading edge technologies and their application to HR and HR systems;
- Understanding of Integration with third party ATS and other downstream systems
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors API
- Experience providing technology solutions to global HR organizations; specific experience in implementing/supporting and utilizing SAP and in optimizing core HR tools;
- Strong analytical skills (impact/risk analysis, root cause analysis, etc.)
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and providing customer satisfaction;
- Personal presence and strong communication (oral and written), active listening skills.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver global projects, using strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task;
- Proven ability to work in a team environment, creating partnerships across multiple levels.
- Demonstrated drive for results, with appropriate attention to detail and commitment.
- Ability to communicate technical info and ideas in non-technical terms so others will understand.
- Good sense of humor appreciated.
