ZORA is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our technology team and drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and experience managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Lead the frontend engineering team and oversee the development of software products
- Set technical direction and ensure the team is aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of software products through the development process
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive innovation within the engineering team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, design, and operations to drive the development and launch of new products
- Manage resource allocation, budget, and timelines to meet business goals
- Stay current with industry trends and technology advancements to ensure the team is leveraging the latest tools and best practices
- Strong technical background with experience in software development
- Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to set and prioritize goals, manage budgets and timelines, and lead cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to drive solutions
- Understanding of software development methodologies and experience implementing Agile processes
- Knowledge of current technology trends and developments in the industry
- Experience managing remote engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of frontend technologies and infrastructure
- Experience with modern web and mobile technologies
- Experience in delivering scalable and secure software solutions.
