Join the ambitious and exceptionally talented team at Roblox Corporation as a Senior Engineering Manager of Enterprise Security. In this unique opportunity, you will lead a world-class team dedicated to improving the security of our workforce. You will report to the Director of Platform, Application, and Enterprise Security and collaborate closely with various teams to ensure thoughtful implementation of security measures.
You Will:
- Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled security engineers and software engineers.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies for corporate security and corporate identity and access management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls seamlessly.
- Determine and prioritize security risks, and successfully implement solutions to mitigate them.
You Have:
- Proven experience as a people manager with deep technical expertise in corporate security or identity and access management.
- Strong ability to make principled decisions, balancing workforce efficiency with security needs.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and protocols.
- Experience in developing and implementing security strategies at scale.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex security requirements to various collaborators.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Annual Salary Range
$331,640—$383,910 USD
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
