Description
Digitain is hiring a Senior Engineer who shall be responsible for coordinating and supporting the comprehensive maintenance of engineering systems in the buildings, ensuring the reliable operation of systems, the correct and timely implementation of maintenance and installation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all general maintenance activities of the building (including engineering systems, utilities, cafés, conference rooms and other sections of the buildings)
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers.
- Oversee the budgeting process and control expenses
- Perform other duties as assigned by their immediate supervisor, arising from the duties of the position
- Suggest new tools and mechanisms that will help increase the efficiency of the Engineering Unit
- Coordinate the operation of water utilities, boiler houses and pumping stations and electrical systems
Requirements
- University degree in Energy, Electromechanics or a similar field
- At least 5 years of work experience in the field of Energy or Electromechanics
- Knowledge of MS Office will be considered an advantage
- Leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, ability to quickly orient oneself
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Negotiation skills
