Responsibilities:
- Understanding requirement specifications and convert into software design for module development and write efficient code in already developed modules.
- Writing efficient and good quality code as per coding standards from software design
- Design and oversee the implementation of software architecture. Ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
- Address and resolve technical issues. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate these issues.
Qualification & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech from IT/Computers stream.
- Experience in developing enterprise wide web-based n-Tier applications
- Experience in developing responsive and dynamic user interfaces using any three skills from AngularJS, JavaScript, jQuery,ASP.Net is compulsory
- Hands-on experience in C#, .Net Framework and Design patterns
- Experience in unit testing is compulsory
- Good knowledge of OOAD
- SOA based patterns and implementation, knowledge of software design patterns
- Oracle know how will be desirable
- Good knowledge of ORM tools like nHibernate or Entity Framework along with RDBMS
- Continuous integration skills are an added advantage
- Self-Starter and Self-Motivated Individual
- Open mind and willingness to learn from peers, and help them grow as developers
- Experience in Agile/Scrum in practice
- Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Ability to drive the discussion with the various stakeholders across Geographical teams
- Ability to make the Right and Quality based Technical Decisions in the interest of Organization
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions
- Stay up to date with industry trends and ability to identify new and emerging technologies that the project can benefit
