岗位职责：
1.负责热管理系统的架构设计、系统选型、方案评审；
2.负责各子部件的结构设计以及热管理系统集成；
3.负责产品DFMEA、DVP等规范的编制和维护；
4.负责热管理零部件集成化开发的方案优化及成本控制；
5.负责技术沟通，从技术角度给客户提供专业意见。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，机械设计、热能等相关专业；
2.10年以上汽车热管理系统或产品相关工作经验；
3.熟悉整车热管理相关电子部件（电子冷却风扇、电子水泵、热泵等等）；
4.具备结构设计或流体仿真或热能分析能力；
5.英文流利可作为工作语言。

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Thermal or related fields
- 10+ years' experience in automotive thermal management systems or related products
- Familiarity with vehicle thermal management electronic components (electronic cooling fans, electronic water pumps, heat pumps, etc.)
- Capability in structural design or fluid simulation or thermal analysis
- Fluent English suitable for use as a working language
