At LS&Co we’re embarking on some major business transformations to position the company for long term success in the rapidly changing retail environment. The goal is to digitize our Go-to-Market capabilities, transform our supply chain and technology platform by building and implementing industry leading software solutions with advanced analytics. The scale and complexity of our business and system landscape make it an extremely challenging and exciting environment to work in. We are looking for an experienced SAP Product Analyst that can span across multiple domains and be a key resource in accelerating technology to meet the needs of our business and will be part of the Global Transformation initiatives in our technology organization.
As a Senior Engineer UI/UX designer, you will be responsible to work with business partners, cross functional teams, technology teams to align technology solutions with business needs in our ERP Data Intelligence teams as part of Data unlock through our Digital transformation program in our technology organization and support newer initiatives like App development, SAP Fiori and persona development, and using AI/ML in unlocking data use cases in our complex business processes. Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of S4 screens, Retail business processes and AI/ML solutions to identify, analyze and design on an ongoing basis. Serves as a project team member.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business stake holders, solutions architects, and IT leads to establish product roadmap for future features in developing user experience by creating best in class Apps, developing personas in SAP Fiori, mobile applications for improving user experience.

Gather, analyze and support IT Application strategies for multiple functional business areas

Collaborates the evaluation, recommendation, business readiness and implementation of best-in-class screen personas, mobile and we. Based apps and improving user experience.

Work with cross functional teams in coming up with use cases and create a backlog of JIRA stories for various improvements in in creating personas, mobile and web based Apps.

Work with cross functional teams and run JAD sessions with key business and technical team members for the purpose of defining business requirements and creates artifacts focused on epics, user journeys, current and to be processes.

Break down the requirements into stories, prioritize and input in a product management tool

Collaborate with delivery manager on sprint planning, delivery scheduling, assist in developing test cases, participate in testing and drive user acceptance testing (UAT) and operationalization of delivered solutions.

Hands-on configuration of various SAP Fiori, Web based technologies, mobile technologies, workflows, and reports & analytics in newer SAP tools.

Responsible for creating the visual elements of the user interface, including layout, color schemes, typography, and iconography. They focus on creating intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance the user experience.

Focus on understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations to design user interfaces that are intuitive, easy to use, and provide a seamless user experience. They conduct user research, create user personas, and develop wireframes and prototypes to guide the design process.

Conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics analysis to gather insights into user behavior and preferences. They collaborate with designers to ensure that designs are informed by user needs and feedback.

Responsible for implementing the UI/UX designs using front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. They work closely with designers to ensure that the final product matches the intended design and provides a smooth user experience.

Assist with training and change management efforts on implementation of new systems and enhancements.

Manage backlog grooming and prioritization of enhancements and user stores in partnership with business and IT stakeholders.

Supports assessing risks relative to the readiness of the business to adopt the solutions.

Partner with support teams to assist with identification and resolution of operational issues and support of existing applications and capabilities.

Work effectively with external partner teams developing & supporting domain area.
Skills & Qualifications:

7 + years of experience in Retail, Omni-channel, and SAP solutions
-
Minimum 5+ years of experience in UI/UX framework Designing
-
At least 5 years of professional experience in the improving user experience areas
-
Hands on experience with one or more tools like SAP Fiori, web-based apps, Mobile apps, SAP technologies.

Exposure to using AL/ML in building Apps.

Exposure to SAP Signavio, SAP Joule, Business analytics and data engineering solutions is a plus.

Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodology principles.

Strong written / verbal communication and presentation skills
