- Design and develop high-performance test solutions for silicon verification, characterization, qualification, and manufacturing of mixed-signal ICs (ADC/DAC)
- Develop and debug cost-effective, multi-site test hardware and software for wafer probe and final test
- Implement test methods for evaluation, troubleshooting, and validation across development and manufacturing
- Define test schematics and partner with layout teams to design PCB-based test hardware
- Debug test programs and correlate ATE data with bench measurements
- Support transfer of test solutions into high-volume manufacturing environments
- Work with manufacturing teams to maintain yield, quality, and production stability
- Contribute to Design for Test (DFT) planning and execution with cross-functional teams
- Develop test solutions in engineering environments and support migration to ATE platforms
- Manage deliverables aligned with product development timelines
- Evaluate and support adoption of new test technologies and methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience,
