Design, build, and scale end-to-end observability platforms across metrics, logs, traces, and events using modern tooling.

Define and standardize SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and observability standards across services.

Implement effective monitoring and alerting strategies, improving signal quality and reducing noise and alert fatigue.

Drive adoption of modern telemetry standards such as OpenTelemetry and enable distributed tracing, RUM, and synthetic monitoring.

Lead incident management improvements, including MTTR reduction, RCA practices, and operational excellence.

Build automation and self-service capabilities using IaC and CI/CD to streamline observability onboarding and operations.

Lead observability platform migrations and consolidation while ensuring reliability, continuity, and cost efficiency.

Act as a technical leader, influencing architecture decisions and driving collaboration across engineering, platform, and security teams.
