As a System Test Engineer at Baker Hughes, you will be leading system‑level testing activities across EPC projects. You will be ensuring verification and validation of customer requirements while driving test readiness, documentation quality, and on‑time delivery.
As a System Test Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Leading system testing activities and validating customer requirements.
Developing overall test philosophy and project test plans.
Preparing all system test documentation for execution.
Managing deviations and defining remediation actions to meet project requirements.
Running readiness reviews and confirming availability of test resources.
Tracking testing progress and resolving delays impacting OTD.
Managing the Test Equipment Matrix for project needs.
Identifying best practices and capturing lessons learned for future projects.

Have experience in system testing within EPC or engineering projects.
Have strong communication, coordination and leadership skills.
Have ability to manage multiple testing workstreams effectively.
Have good understanding of verification, validation and test processes.
Have knowledge of engineering documentation and test procedures.
Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.
Have 3+ years of experience in project engineering or testing roles.
Have a customer‑focused mindset with proven process‑improvement ability.
