Senior Product Applications Engineer

About the Role

As a Senior Product Applications Engineer at Analog Devices (ADI), you will lead the creation of tools that assist customers in integrating ADI products into their designs. You will provide innovative, practical, and timely solutions to complex customer issues while developing and applying comprehensive system-level understanding of application segments specifically medical imaging. In this senior role, you'll work collaboratively within cross-discipline teams to bring new products to market, mentor junior team members, and serve as a technical authority for customers and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in product applications engineering, customer technical support, or related roles
  • Demonstrated expertise with analog and mixed-signal semiconductor products
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical projects
  • Proficiency and relevant hands-on experience in digital design (Verilog/SystemVerilog and TestBenches)
  • Experience in hardware, HDL, and software debugging/troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of embedded systems and processors (e.g., ARM, Microblaze, NIOS)
  • Familiarity with software environments (Linux, bare-metal)
  • Experience with FPGA tools (Vivado and Vitis/Petalinux), and devices (Xilinx, Altera, Lattice)
