- Setup standard machine and labor times.
- Headcount Analysis.
- OEE analysis and improvement
- Capacity and inventory analysis
- Apply lean concept to reduce waste and improve productivity
- Use VSM tools to analyze NVA and cycle time
- Design and prepare material handing supporting in operations
