- Drive the end‑to‑end delivery of full‑stack features, balancing speed, quality, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with product, UX, SRE, and platform teams to translate product requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Architect and maintain robust, scalable, and secure back‑end services & APIs (microservices, event‑driven, serverless).
- Build user‑centric front‑end interfaces with React/TypeScript and modern UI patterns.
- Lead code reviews, establish testing strategies, and uphold engineering best practices.
- Mentor engineers (L4), fostering a culture of continuous learning and psychological safety.
- Advance security posture by performing threat modeling, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Partner with InfoSec and platform teams to prioritize remediation and reduce enterprise risk.
- Lead Gen AI proof‑of‑concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings) and shepherd successful experiments into production.
- 5–7 years of professional full‑stack development experience.
- 3+ years supporting mission‑critical production systems, including on‑call rotations.
- Deep proficiency in React (or Vue/Angular) and Kotlin/Micronaut, Java/Spring, or Python on the back end.
- Expertise in API design (REST, GraphQL) and event streaming (Kafka).
- Hands‑on experience with relational & NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Demonstrated experience automating CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure and application security; scripting in shell/Python, config mgmt in Chef/Terraform.
- Proven problem‑solving ability, excellent communication, and cross‑team collaboration skills.
- Hands‑on with Gen AI frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, vector databases) and prompt engineering.
- Domain expertise in Genesys Cloud CX, Salesforce Service Cloud, Verizon Voice, GCP Speech/Vertex AI, or other telephony/IVR/Voice AI platforms.
- Experience implementing security compliance (PCI‑DSS, GLBA, SOX) in large enterprises.
- Track record of shipping AI‑powered features to production at scale.
