As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you’ll help shape the shared capabilities behind our digital products. You’ll design and build scalable web applications, reusable components and frontend platforms that create consistent, accessible and high-performing experiences for customers.
This is a senior individual contributor role where your influence extends beyond the code you write. You’ll partner with product, design and engineering teams, guide architectural decisions and help other engineers do their best work.
What you’ll be doing
Designing and delivering complex frontend solutions using TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks React, Angular.
Evolving design systems, component libraries and shared frontend capabilities
Helping teams adopt consistent architectural patterns and engineering standards
Working across micro-frontends, shared dependencies and application integration
Building accessibility, performance, security and testing into the way we deliver
Owning what you build and run, from technical decisions through to reliable operation
Mentoring engineers through pairing, code reviews and thoughtful technical guidance
Connecting engineering decisions to meaningful customer and business outcomes
What you’ll bring
Strong experience building and maintaining large-scale web applications with TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Angular.
You’ll be comfortable working across frontend architecture, state management, scalable UI patterns, automated testing, CI/CD and cloud-based platforms.
Experience with design systems, Web Components or micro-frontend architectures would be particularly valuable.
Communicate with clarity, navigate ambiguity and bring people with you when shaping technical direction.
Expertise to simplify complex customer journeys improving quality and reducing duplication inspiring engineers seek your perspective, whilst still having the space to stay close to the craft.
