  • You will work as a Microsoft Dynamics (Sales, Customer Service & Contact Center, Marketing, Field Service) and Microsoft Power Platform Functional Expert designing and implementing solutions on various customer projects,

About your profile

For this vacancy we expect a candidate with an academic degree from a university, university of applied sciences or technical college with at least three years’ experience in a service company in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform based solutions.

 

Your strengths include an efficient style of working both autonomously and in a team, a distinct customer focus and very good communication skills.

  • You have hands-on experience and expertise on Model driven Apps / Canvas App / Power Automate / Power Pages, 
  • You have an in-depth knowledge of at least one of the following modules: Sales Automation, Customer Service & Contact Center, Field Service Management, Marketing,
  • You know the standard functionalities of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE. You know the limits of the configuration and which extensions can be implemented cost-efficiently by programming,
  • Experience in Microsoft products such Copilot, Azure architecture, Power BI, Fabric is an advantage,
  • You are fluent in French and English.

Skills Required

  • At least three years experience in service company implementation of Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform solutions
  • Academic degree from university, university of applied sciences, or technical college
  • Hands-on experience with Model Driven Apps, Canvas App, Power Automate, Power Pages
  • In-depth knowledge of Sales Automation, Customer Service, Field Service Management or Marketing
  • Fluency in French and English
