Workplace Solutions Marketing is looking for a Senior Engagement Strategist within the Advertising and Engagement Strategy team. In this role you'll work closely with marketing partners (Marketing Strategists, Creative Strategists, UX Strategists, Campaign Managers), channel activation leads (events, email, media), and business teams to uncover insights about our audience and lead the strategy and development of automated, omni-channel journeys and marketing campaigns. As a member of our engagement strategy team, you’ll also collaborate with external agency partners, peers in other lines of business, and fellow engagement strategists to champion company-wide integration and full-funnel marketing efforts within Workplace Solutions Marketing (our institutional B2B division).
Specific role responsibilities:
Lead creation and evolution of omni-channel strategies and journeys by aligning business objectives with audience needs.
Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate and deliver solutions to increase plan sponsor and consultant engagement aligned to business objectives. Present and recommend solutions to senior leaders, internal partners, and stakeholders.
Partner with our advertising team and media agency to launch campaigns and journeys through a variety of paid media channels.
Connect the dots between paid, owned, and earned channels and across marketing teams.
Develop audience measures and campaign specific KPIs in partnership with marketing analytics.
Identify initial problem statements and ABM opportunities with marketing strategist, set learning agenda, and collaborate with researchers to design audience research and bring actionable insights back to team.
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to continually improve campaign management. Analyze data and stakeholder feedback to make decisions and recommendations.
Lead campaign discovery and partner in stakeholder analysis including helping conduct stakeholder interviews to establish audience needs.
Conduct additional research activities as needed including competitive analysis, content audits, marketing technology assessments, etc.
Partner in research efforts with internal research groups and external firms as needed.
Consult on marketing tactics with channel strategists and digital marketing strategists.
Develop experimentation plans with digital marketing strategist and data analyst.
Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Partner with PM to pull together marketing plan deliverables for leadership.
Lead performance read outs in partnership with marketing analytics partners.
An ideal candidate will have:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Minimum five years related experience. Two years in digital marketing, user experience, or client experience.
Experience working in the Financial Services sector or equivalent B2B experience (Top applicants will have demonstrated experience in Defined Contributions).
Experience building paid media campaigns required.
Experience with LinkedIn advertising preferred but not required.
Ability to define objectives and work with a team to develop a cohesive strategy that drives business results.
Ability to understand and communicate customer needs and business strategies.
Ability to present thoughts both verbally and visually (storytelling) using PowerPoint and Word.
A high degree of creativity, empathy, passion, and problem-solving ability.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple strategic assignments at once.
Ability to manage ambiguity to achieve results

This role is part of our hybrid work model with Tuesdays – Thursdays required in our offices to foster collaboration and relationships. On Mondays and Fridays, our crew will have the option to work remotely, or continue working from our offices in Malvern PA.
