Are you passionate about cybersecurity and ready to make a mission impact? D2 is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Endpoint Security Engineer to join our team—supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in delivering top-tier cyber defense and endpoint protection solutions.

What You’ll Do:Design, implement, and support endpoint security solutions to safeguard mission-critical networks and data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain enterprise security technologies
Apply deep technical knowledge to recommend hardware/software tools that improve endpoint security posture
Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to integrate, test, and enhance security platforms
Manage Linux-based security tools and perform advanced configuration and troubleshooting
Support incident response by analyzing and documenting security events and leading mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with system standards and DoD cybersecurity frameworks
Required:
Active TS/SCI clearance (must be willing to pass a post-hire Government polygraph)
DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE)
Ability to obtain a CSSP Infrastructure Support certification within 6 months
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, with a strong background in endpoint security engineering
Hands-on experience with tools such as HBSS, Carbon Black, Microsoft ATA, Tanium
Proficiency in Linux administration
Familiarity with DoD Architecture Framework and enterprise-scale cybersecurity practices
Nice to Have:
Active CSSP Infrastructure Support certification.
Linux certifications (e.g., RHCSA, CompTIA Linux+).
Experience with Windows AD architecture and VMware environments.

- Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $115-125k.
