Inabia is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to join our enterprise technology team in a hybrid capacity, working three days per week on-site from one of several U.S. office locations. This role is central to designing, managing, and securing the organization's endpoint environment across a large-scale Windows infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings deep, hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Azure Virtual Desktop, and modern endpoint lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and administer enterprise endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM
- Manage and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, including configuration, scaling, and troubleshooting
- Create and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPO) and Active Directory configurations to enforce security and compliance standards
- Lead Windows 10/11 endpoint deployments, including provisioning via Windows 11 Autopilot
- Develop, test, and deploy application and software packages to managed devices across the enterprise
- Build and maintain desktop images and SCCM task sequences for streamlined deployments
- Execute endpoint security hardening strategies and oversee patch management programs
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure endpoint compliance and risk mitigation
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues and drive timely resolution across distributed environments
- Document configurations, processes, and standards for endpoint management operations
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for enterprise device management
- Demonstrated experience with SCCM/MECM for software deployment and endpoint management
- Strong knowledge of Group Policy (GPO) and Active Directory in enterprise environments
- Proficiency with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Solid background in endpoint security and patch management practices
- Experience with Windows 11 Autopilot provisioning and deployment
- Proficiency in application and software packaging and deployment workflows
- Experience building desktop images and creating SCCM task sequences
- 8+ years of overall IT Infrastructure and Endpoint Engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting endpoints in large-scale, regulated enterprise environments
- Familiarity with zero-trust security frameworks applied to endpoint management
- Knowledge of modern device management (MDM) strategies and co-management scenarios
Skills Required
- 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Intune experience for enterprise device management
- Experience with SCCM/MECM for software deployment and endpoint management
- Strong knowledge of Group Policy and Active Directory in enterprise environments
