What you will do:

- Create the Hype: You’ll be the voice of Applike Group, crafting and deploying incredible content across all our channels. This isn’t just about posting; it's about building a movement.
- Connect the Dots: Work closely with the C-Level, leadership teams, and our recruiters to create unforgettable initiatives that attract top-tier talent and reinforce our culture.

Who you are:
- You have deep experience in employer branding, marketing, or a related field within a fast-paced tech company.
- You are a proven strategist with a track record of building impactful employer brand initiatives.
- You're an exceptional communicator and storyteller with a knack for creating content that’s both authentic and engaging.
- You have an eye for design and a data-driven mindset, using analytics to inform your creative decisions.
- You are fluent in English. Fluency in German or experience in the DACH, APAC, or North American markets is a significant plus.
