The kind of person we’re looking for:
We are looking for a creative and analytical Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.
The Email Marketing Specialist’s responsibilities will include managing all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including market research, content creation, and reporting on results.
You should also be able to promptly resolve any issues that may arise before and during the implementation of campaigns.
Our ideal candidate is proficient in email marketing tools, has a strong understanding of consumer behavior, and an ability to analyze data to improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
The kind of stuff you’ll be doing:
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
- Write newsletters including all company updates
- Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features – the ability to create new email templates is a plus!
- Analyze campaign performance to suggest and implement improvements
- Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
- Create & publish organic social media posts that align with email campaigns
The kind of skills/experience you’ll need:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology – (HubSpot) is a plus!
- Familiarity with analytical and database tools, including Google Analytics 4
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Experience creating and analyzing reports in Salesforce
- An ability to work under tight deadlines
- Degree in Marketing or relevant field
Reports To: Senior Manager, Marketing Automation & Operations
Salary range: $70k-$80k
