Job Responsibilities :Lead all aspects of research and development for gaming peripheral products
Plan and manage the full lifecycle of product development in electrical engineering—from concept through to mass production
Coordinate with vendors, development partners, and contract manufacturers to align on timelines, activities, and deliverables
Ensure all designs comply with regulatory standards, including safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements
Work closely with vendors and contract manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality components and assemblies
Contribute to the evaluation and selection of new technologies and suppliers, while staying up to date on industry trends and best practices.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in electronic hardware circuit and system design.
- Solid understanding of electronic design principles, including analog/digital circuits, signal processing, and power electronics.
- Proficient in EE CAD/CAE tools such as ORCAD, PADS, and PSPICE for product development and simulation.
- Experienced in EMC/EMI design and implementing effective countermeasures.
- Proven track record in fast-paced consumer electronics development environments.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Effective communicator
- Practical knowledge and experience in the following areas: Design of computer peripherals or consumer electronic products, Embedded microcontroller platforms, Wired and wireless connectivity technologies (e.g., USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi)
