Responsibilities:
- Lead project engineer on a variety of projects from new construction to renovations through all phases from conceptual design to construction.
- Design of power distribution, lighting, emergency and standby power supply
- Develop specifications, legends, site plans, lighting plans, power plans, one-lines, riser diagrams, details as well as load calculations.
- Perform quality control reviews at various stages of design.
- Lead the project electrical team of engineers and designers and provide technical guidance in the development of the construction documents
- Perform Construction Administration tasks such as field visits and subsequent issuance of field reports, responding to RFIs and reviewing shop drawings.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience
- Revit knowledge is a plus.
- SKM, AGI 32 and AMPCALC are a plus
- PE license is a plus
Flexible & Hybrid Culture
Compensation range is $140,000 - $165,000 plus yearly bonus dependent on years of experience, licensure, education, and project portfolio.
