This position is part of the EHS department located in Fargo, ND, and will be on-site. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the EHS team and report to the EHS Manager responsible for the management and oversite of the Environmental Health, Safety and Security programs at all Aldevron sites.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Complete injury investigations & manage workers’ compensation claims

• Review & update safety programs

• Create & implement safety training

The essential requirements of the job include:

• A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ relevant work experience

• A preference is given to candidates with a bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or a related field, or those with a different bachelor's degree combined with relevant safety experience

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
