We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Efficiency Operation Specialist I to join our team in Poland. As Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for leading the implementation and continuous improvement of warehouse efficiency management systems, coordinating cross-functional teams, developing monitoring tools, and driving process optimization to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the establishment of a warehouse efficiency management system for the aforementioned management area, coordinating relevant departments, and streamlining business analysis logic and standards;
- Develop efficiency monitoring reports and tools for various business processes, guiding the warehouse in process monitoring to ensure efficiency targets are met.
- Explore opportunities from identifying the process, system, labor management, etc. then develop project to continuously improve efficiency and eliminate waste.
Requirements:
- Work Experience: Over 3 years of experience in warehouse logistics on-site management or lean improvement, familiar with e-commerce warehousing production models and understanding of various sub-processes in warehousing.
- Knowledge & Skills: Proficient in using tools such as Visio, X-Mind, Excel, Word, PowerPoint。
- Qualities & Abilities: Possess excellent communication skills, clear logical thinking, adept at on-site improvement and optimization, strong execution abilities, and good coordination skills.
- Strong English language skills.
