About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Ecosystem Manager who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Eco team, which takes on the task of supporting the growth of the broader WOO brand, including the token and products. This team is mainly remote and handles areas like WOO tokenomics, investor relations, fundraising and partnerships. Interested? Keep on reading!

What you’ll be working on:

• Owning the vision and strategy for the WOO ecosystem.
• Developing and executing initiatives that drive growth, adoption, and network effects for WOO products and services.
• Overseeing all aspects of WOO ecosystem development, including partnerships and investor relations.
• Leading the development and implementation of tokenomics strategies to maximize the utility and value of the WOO token.
• Identifying and securing strategic partnerships with DeFi protocols, exchanges, and other relevant players in the crypto ecosystem.
• Managing and cultivating relationships with key ecosystem partners.
• Measuring and analysing the performance of the WOO ecosystem, using data to inform strategic decision-making.
• Staying ahead of the curve on the latest trends and innovations in the crypto space.

About you:

• A crypto native with a deep understanding of both CeFi and DeFi landscapes.
• Have a proven track record of success in building and managing ecosystems, ideally within the crypto space.
• A master of partnerships, with the ability to forge strategic alliances with key players in the industry, including DeFi protocols, exchanges, etc.
• A data-driven leader with a knack for identifying growth opportunities and translating them into actionable strategies.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• A self-starter with a "get things done" attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bonus points for experience with tokenomics design and implementation.
