Job Description
In this role, you will support the Recruiting processes and programs through providing a high-level of service and engagement with the department, field leaders, advisors and staff. You will also provide fundamental process support and financial audit oversight for the Experienced Advisor Recruiting Team including, but not limited to, advisor and associate financial advisor candidate file pre-hire review, oversight of advisor upfront loan process, managing team communications, and acting as team BUCL.Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive audit reviews of all pre-hire candidate files prepared by Recruiting Managers and Directors, including verification of GDC production and assets under management (AUM) calculations. Ensure cost-benefit analyses (CBA) align with approval requirements and that offer letters match approved terms. Confirm files are complete with all required documentation for hire and manage the candidate closeout process in Salesforce.
Provide day-to-day oversight of initial advisor awards, including communications, payment processing, and advisor loan documentation. Ensure adherence to compliance and audit requirements by maintaining candidate recruitment files, collecting executed loan documents, and supporting retention loan requests as needed.
Develop foundational knowledge of recruiting processes, tools, and resources. Administer the credit report process for candidates, manage Adobe Sign documentation, oversee candidate file retention, and support administration of the shared team mailbox. Respond to legal information requests and ensure adherence to required processes and documentation standards. Provide guidance and support to team members and contribute to projects as needed.
Manage communications for advisor sourcing programs, including coordination of weekly search firm placement and referral fee updates, as well as first-level invoice review and approval, verifying that sourcing payment processes are followed. Serve as the primary point of contact for search firms on billing inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate invoicing and payment processing.
Act as Experienced Advisor Recruiting team BUCL and Registered Principal Delegate for team WSPs as able.
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the field organization, the advisor role, field policies and processes preferred.
In depth understanding of advisor due diligence procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with supporting corporate and field business partners.
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented. Proficient in MS Office, Internet and other computer applications.
Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Good personal competencies, resilience, stress and time management. Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize effectively.
Ability to work independently with high initiative, while also comfortable working with a team to drive results.

In-Office Collaboration

Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $71,300 - $85,000 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
