Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Mobility Governance Senior Document Controller to join our team! In this role you will get to work alongside mobility experts in the development of a large city in Saudi Arabia by aligning with key stakeholders to update city framework documents and other mobility governance policies and procedures.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manages document name coding as per client's file naming manual
  • Manages storage and archiving
  • Issues quarterly updates
  • Maintains communications registers and Minutes of Meetings
  • Sends / Receives registers

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • B.A. in a relevant discipline
  • 10+ years in managing large project document control
  • Excel and Microsoft Word intermediate skills
  • Sharepoint, Aconex, BIM360

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Exceptional technical writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to work within culturally-diverse team and quickly establish key relationships
  • Experience working on giga projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
