Senior Director, Technology Operations

Position Summary...

What you'll do...The Walmart US eCommerce Marketplace team builds products that connects sellers across the world to buyers shopping our marketplaces, enabling access to our customers to over 350M+ items, and growing. Setting up our sellers to succeed on the Marketplace by profitably growing their business is the cornerstone of our promise to our sellers. In this role, you will collaborate with Strategy, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Design to set the vision for, and build processes, programs and platforms that help our sellers succeed on the Marketplace in programs such as Pricing, Ratings, Promotions, Seller Marketing and Offer quality . As the single threaded leader responsible for building and operationalizing strategies to help manage and drive profitable growth for our WW Seller Base. You will apply a general management perspective and problem-solving approach, will be agile and able to apply the right frameworks, operating cadence, and business analysis & acumen to the business roadmap. As such, you will be able to identify key risks, dependencies, and work with the requisite teams to put solutions in place that will achieve the product outcomes. You’ll apply your business acumen and analytical mindset to separate signal from noise and provide sellers a roadmap to winning on our platform. This person will be skilled at engaging and communicating to senior executives across multiple domains, as well as engaging at a detailed level across product management and engineering, strategy, merchant technology, retail merchandising, supply chain & analytics.

• Creating business strategies – Develop roadmap for key business initiatives and advocate for solutions allowing sellers to optimize Pricing, Ratings, Promotions, Seller Marketing and Offer quality on Walmart
• Operating – Negotiate, manage, and drive programs and tools to help sellers succeed on the Marketplace.  
• Builder Mindset, Driving end to end ownership – Drive end-end ownership for system solutions for new features working with relevant cross-functional groups including product and engineering teams. Ensure critical business issues and product strategies are addressed in product decisions; drive process changes based on feedback; drive resource allocation decisions
• Working cross-functionally and across multiple geos – Communication, collaboration, and organization are key to your success. Work with cross-functional teams to translate product strategy into a product roadmap and engineering sprints.

Bellevue, Washington US-11663 | Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649: The annual salary range for this position is $156,000.00 - $312,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848 | Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
