Job Summary
The Sr. Manager of Marketing Planning & Insights will be responsible for leading marketing planning processes across multiple business units within LN. This role will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of marketing principles and practices.
Responsibilities
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that align with overall business strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key marketing priorities and develop strategies to address them effectively.
• Develop and maintain metrics to measure marketing performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
• Conduct research to stay informed on industry trends and best practices in marketing planning and execution.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their marketing skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and programs across various channels (digital, social media, events, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
