The Role

As a Senior Director, ISC Project Management for the SAP S/4HANA implementation at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving and owning the strategy for the implementation across the CORP Integrated Supply Chain. Reporting directly to the VP of Manufacturing Excellence, you will lead efforts to ensure a successful and seamless transition to SAP S/4HANA, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness across the supply chain.

Your leadership will be essential in aligning project goals with organizational objectives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the implementation meets the needs of various stakeholders throughout the supply chain.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the end-to-end program governance for the ISC S/4HANA ERP development for Integrated Supply Chain
  • Establish and manage program operating cadence: steering committee, workstream leadership, daily/weekly execution routines, and decision logs within ISC to include executive reporting
  • Partner with process owners to define and approve global template 
  • Lead deployment readiness planning
  • Coordinate change leadership across the organization
  • Drive standardization of execution processes (Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Manufacturing)
  • Responsible for preparation for continuous stakeholder alignment and decision transparency across corporate and site leadership
  • Capture lessons learned and institutionalize improvements 
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 8 or more years of experience in project management within supply chain or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale software implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
