The Senior Director of Integrated Supply Chain provides strategic leadership for end-to-end Supply Chain, New Product Introduction, Operations, Manufacturing Support and Facilities execution supporting U.S. defense and aerospace manufacturing programs. This role is accountable for aligning demand, supply, capacity, and inventory across development, production, and sustainment programs while ensuring compliance with government regulations and Honeywell Operating System processes and procedures.
The role partners closely with Program Management, Engineering, Finance, and drives Value Streams & Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to deliver predictable cost, schedule, and performance outcomes in a regulated, high-reliability environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Integrated Supply Chain Leadership
• Lead demand planning, supply planning, procurement, material control, production planning, and logistics across multiple defense programs.
• Own SI&OP processes to balance customer commitments, factory capacity, material availability, and financial targets.
• Translate program forecasts and contract requirements into executable supply and capacity plans
Program Execution & Manufacturing Support
• Ensure material readiness to support engineering development, new product introduction, production, and sustainment activities.
• Partner with Program Managers to manage supply chain risks affecting cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Support financial objectives through disciplined planning and execution.
• Drive on-time delivery (OTD) and inventory optimization in low-to-medium volume, high-mix manufacturing environments.
• Procurement & Supplier Management
• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection, and long-lead material planning for defense-unique and high-reliability components.
• Manage supplier performance, capacity, quality, cost, and delivery through structured operating reviews.
• Mitigate single-source, obsolescence, and geopolitical supply risks.
• Ensure supplier compliance with FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, Buy American Act, and specialty metals requirements.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
• Deploy Honeywell Manufacturing Excellence (HMX) / Lean principles across Supply Chain, Operations and Facilities.
• Drive continuous improvement in material flow, lead times, inventory turns, and cost.
• Standardize planning processes and metrics across programs and sites.
Compliance & Governance
• Ensure supply chain processes meet AS9100, internal audit, DCMA, and DCAA requirements.
• Maintain full material traceability, configuration control, and documentation readiness.
• Support customer audits and regulatory reviews with disciplined controls and reporting.
People Leadership
• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary Supply Chain, Operations & Facilities organization including planning, procurement, logistics, and supplier quality.
• Build strong functional talent pipelines and succession plans.
• Foster a culture of accountability, execution rigor, and continuous improvement.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
• On-time material availability and delivery to production
• Reduced supplier risk and improved schedule predictability

- 10 or more years of progressive Supply Chain or Operations leadership experience in aerospace, defense manufacturing or similar
- Proven success supporting DoD programs across development, production and sustainment phases
- Experience operating in matrixed, program-driven organizations
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET security clearance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirements.
- Required Functional Expertise:
- Integrated Supply Chain / S&OP / RevCogs
- ERP & MRP systems (SAP strongly preferred)
- FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, Buy American
- AS9100 / ISO quality systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, or Business preferred
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience in complex multi-site manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting classified or export-controlled programs
- Active or eligible U.S. security clearance
- Background in supplier development and cost-reduction initiatives
The annual base salary range for this position is $233,450 to $292,100. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
