Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Assumes full functional responsibility for Account Management of both strategic customers within Product Category including account retention and penetration, margin enhancement, and supporting other commercial functions.
  • Leads a Sales Team to assure that performance consistently exceeds customer expectations and achieves Product Category and corporate revenue growth and profitability objectives. 
  • Creates and drives Account Management strategy in alignment with the company and product category strategy
  • Develops strong relationships of all levels of assigned accounts; elevates Integer’s strategic position within accounts
  • Identifies (prospects) new business opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Provides input and adheres to critical commercial processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency, metrics and KPIs and business review cadence within the commercial team
  • Performs account business reviews internally and externally
  • Provides leadership in customer relationship management in the attainment of supply agreements and long term agreements.
  • Leads and fosters the development of a highly effective sales team. 
  • Works closely with supply chain and operations in the S&OP process to ensure that production planning matches to revenue forecasts at the customer and product SKU level.
  • Manages and runs customer business reviews, scorecards and relationship management.
  • Develops and implements short- and long-term strategies to meet the needs of customers, while maximizing sales and profitability to meet budgeted goals and objectives.
  • Builds the sales talent bench, ensuring succession for key leadership and critical positions.
  • Effectively manages budget and fiscal responsibilities.
  • Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum Experience: 15 + years progressively advancing sales and sales leadership experience, most of which must have been spent in a medical device manufacturing environment.  Must have experience leading a global sales team.

  • Salary Range: $176,250 - $258,500

Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer’s success. Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. Employees at the level of Director and above are eligible to receive stock awards as part of their annual compensation package. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
